Sign up for an Offering

On this page you’ll find our offerings for the week and through the next two months. Feel free to sign up for as many as you can commit to! As you register, please keep the following in mind:

• The calendar of offerings are updated in 8 week increments. If you are a looking for a session that should be there, please contact the SWS Leads.

• If you’re trying to sign up for an offering the day the offering occurs but don’t see it, then the minimum wasn’t reached and the session was canceled. We encourage you to sign up for the session you’re interested in as soon as you know you’re going to attend!

• If the offering you’d like to attend has no spots left, sign up for the waitlist. Spots often open up later in the day. If there is a cancellation, we will notify you through the email you used to book up until session begins. When you waitlist, this also gives the SWS Leads an idea of when another session is needed.

• If you have signed up for a session that you can no longer make, please cancel your appointment so that we may give your spot to someone on the waitlist.

• If you are more than 5 minutes late to Hit Refresh Write-In, your appointment will be canceled so that we may give your spot to someone on the waitlist.

• All of our offerings have a minimum attendance requirement in order to be held. If the minimum spots have been claimed, then you may continue to sign up for an offering up until the second the session begins.

  • Hit Refresh Write-In: 2 people at 8pm the day before (Tuesday or Friday, respectively)

  • Hit Refresh Write-In LIVE!: 3 people at 8pm the day before (usually a Friday)

  • One Thousand Word Excursion: 3 people at 8pm the Wednesday before

  SWS events are for adults 18 years and older.
